They are always able to accommodate to my work schedule. They get me in at 4:30, even if it means they have to stay a little late. As I was leaving, I remembered that the tailgate switch on my truck had failed. I went back in and spoke to the gentleman who had checked me in/out about it. He said that he didn't notice any recalls on my vehicle, but he would research the issue, and even get me a price if it wasn't under warranty! That's how awesome the service was! This is the very reason I go back to Burt Watson! Simply amazing!
Dominick was my salesperson. I located the truck I was interested in on an online selling platform. I reached out to ask about the truck and within minutes was contacted by Dom with a real willingness to answer all of my questions and what the history of the vehicle was.
