Buying a car through Subaru of Portland was thus far my most straightforward car buying experience. Really appreciated Ted for working with me via email, and Ivan, Keith, and Elliot for helping me complete the car buying process. Also appreciated Keith’s excellent descriptions of the additional options for the vehicle. While Portland is a ways away from me, I have a feeling I’ll be back with my new Outback!

So we went to the dealership for the second time to test drive the car I really wanted. Found my sales person, Glen Allen, who gave us some information about the car in our previous visit. Glen was very helpful, didn’t pressure us at all. He worked with us to find the best deal possible. Our business manager was Miriam, she definitely took her time to explain every single item to protect our purchase, very knowledgeable about the product, and definitely confident of what she was selling. We never felt any pressure from anyone at this dealership and I’m very satisfied with the way they treated us. Definitely the right team to buy your new car.

I had an excellent experience as a first time buyer here. Papa K was very kind throughout the whole process and answered all my questions and cracked a few jokes:) I came by with my friend to test drive a Camaro they had listed, and came back the next day to purchase. The process wasn’t super long and everyone was super patient with me. They definitely work for their clients and their needs. I bought a manual Chevy Camaro, and at time of purchase was not too confident with the clutch. I had mentioned my mom or friend would come the following day to pick it up: and Papa K offered to drive it home for me as long as I brought him back. It was definitely an appreciated and kind offer that I couldn’t pass. A few days and I now know how to drive manual no problem, and the car drives great and is in excellent condition. I also received a free oil change when I need one next, which is a lovely plus. Everyone that worked with me gave me their business cards and made sure I felt comfortable to reach out if i had any further questions or concerns. They also added a bow and took a few pictures for me when we were done. Thank you for the great car, the great atmosphere, and a great purchase experience.
