Came in while I was traveling because I hit a pothole on the interstate and had a blowout. The service tech Austin Bennifield was polite and courteous when he picked up my vehicle. He changed the tire in about 15 minutes and shampooed the stain on my seat as a courtesy from when I had an accident the week prior from eating too much spicy food and I was racing home and didn’t quite make it before my body lost to a stop light. He was even able to recommend a few additives to help with my trucks performance and the proper oil that I should have been using!
I would like to take a few minutes to say what a wonderful experience I had while purchasing my new CRV. I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership. Mike (Mahd Alnobani) has been my salesman each time. His professionalism is top notch. I tell him exactly what I want and he makes it happen. If you're in need of a new or used car Mike is your guy. He will go above and beyond to get you the car you want. He even came in on his day off to assist with my new car purchase. Each time we need a new car we know Mike is our guy.
