I went to a car dealership since forever. April 6, 2024 Rodrigo approached. He was so nice and kind. Answered every single question with respect. Never EVER pushing for a sale. His demeanor was extraordinary. We moved around the office and EVERYONE was really kind. Then we met the sales manager. So nice.We met the receptionist and she was a doll. The people at Albany were amazing. From the time I spoke with them on the phone until I drove away with my newly leased Outback I felt heard and welcomed.
