Empire Auto Group is a top notch establishment. My wife and I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium from here. This is a family owned and operated business that has a very strong and professional customer service ethic. Ruben is a man of integrity and honesty. Mind you we drove 2 hours to look at what Ruben had, I am not much of a Ford fan but the wife wanted it hands down. We put a 12 month /15k drive train warranty on the car and paid for the car in full. To make a long story short, Ruben stood behind the sale of the car and it runs like a champ with no issues. I would without hesitation recommend Empire Auto Group to anyone.

For the last sixty (60) days or so, we've looked at cars all over the metro Atlanta area with no luck. Most looked great in pictures, but upon seeing vehicles in person, they were "NOT AS DESCRIBED." After numerous disappointments, my husband stumbled on this gem at Empire Auto Group, located in Cartersville, Georgia. Apprehensive to drive up to Cartersville to be disappointed once again, we finally decided to make the drive and were quite happy we did. Not only was the 2012 Audi Q5 Premium Plus stunning to look at, but it also exceeded our expectations by having many of the security & safety features desired for our 16-year-old daughter's first car. The car had had no accidents, was exceptionally clean, well maintained, reasonably priced, and presented "AS DESCRIBED" online. The owner of Empire Auto Group, Ruben, was welcoming, friendly, genuine, honest and a pleasure to work with. He also made it a point to show us two (2) defects with the car - though extremely minor to us - we appreciated his desire to ensure they did not go unnoticed. By far, the most straightforward car transaction I've ever had, and I highly recommend this family-owned and operated business. Ruben is truly the BEST. Now, don't walk --- RUN to go see him!

We found a great, small sized SUV for our 16 year old daughters first car. It was less expensive than any others like it, and the owner was fantastic, and easy to work with. We had a few concerns about missing items that were on our wishlist, and he added them at no charge. One was a second key fob, the other a backup camera. We have yet to install it, but it was an unexpected extra that he didn't have to offer - especially at no charge. This was the easiest car transaction I've ever had, and I highly recommend this family owned and operated business. They are the best!
