2012 Honda Civic

I took my Lexus LS 400 in for service. I was treated quite well. Daniel is my service adviser. He was very helpful even when there was a slight problem. He took care of it immediately. The lexus LS400 is considered the best car ever made.

Today was our first visit to Lexus of Albuquerque. We were greeted by Andrew, who worked in valet. Very friendly service from all the employees. Robert checked us in and got started on our oil change. There is construction going on as they are remodeling their showroom.

This was my first trip to this dealership. We purchased a 2008 RX350 last month and as it was due for service, I wanted a multipoint inspection done as well an oil change, etc.. I booked my appt online a few days ago, and Matt D. was ready for me as I walked in the door. I had a couple of minor things to add to my request and they were handled with ease. I chose to wait at the dealership and he kept me informed as things progressed. I was very pleased with the level of customer service and how friendly everyone was. I have a short list of items for the next suggested service and being on the same page with the service advisor feels good. I plan on keeping my "new" car for as long as it runs and this is where I'll have it serviced.
