Service Dept was busy and short staffed , But Rodney Phelps was attentive, friendly, and did what was necessary to get me out in a reasonable amount of time. Rodney gave great customer service and listened to my needs. I can see this dealership is managed by a true servant leader, it shows in the happy and engaged team at Concrd Chevrolet.
