2017 Honda Civic EX-T CVT

I never leave reviews for anything, but wanted to share my experience here. This was my first time ever financing a vehicle and I have to say that it was a pleasure working with Bowman’s to make it happen. Rob was honest and considerate and there was never any added pressure to make a deal. They even let me test drive the vehicle myself and take it where I wanted which was a huge plus for me! Overall, the service was great, the environment calm and friendly, and all my questions/concerns were answered honestly. I had the exact experience I was looking to have in financing a vehicle and I am glad I chose Bowman’s rather than a large dealership. I highly recommend Bowman’s Choice Auto if your in the market for a great used vehicle!!

We were honestly hesitant to go to a small car lot as we have always shopped at the larger dealerships however, I cannot recommend Bowmans enough. The entire team we worked with was wonderful and patient. Gerald was not your typical pushy salesperson. He listened to what our needs were and talked to us as if we were friends, not a sales transaction. Jon the owner was the same way. Everyone there was personable and friendly and if we had questions of any kind, they knew the answers or knew where to get them quickly. I feel their communication as a team was awesome as well. I wish all car transactions were this smooth. In a world where it seems impossible to get good customer service anymore, they nailed it and we will return our business there as needed because of it.
