Holy Cow. Our service rep was fantastic. Clone that guy or just let him breed and hire his kids. So I am an 85 year old man with bad eyes. I came in the first day to have him explain all of my heater/air conditioning stuff. He did. I actually understood everything Next, day two. Daughter in law with 6 month old baby has a brake light burned out. She is too busy to do anything. So I drove in without an appointment and luckily the same guy shows up. Sorry I don't remember his name. He is kind of short with a beard. Same story. Very polite. Very efficient. Got me in and out fast. I was very impressed. Thank you for the opportunity to tell my story.
From the moment I initially contacted them via email this was by far the best car buying experience I've had. Their staff is quick to respond, friendly, informative, and helpful instead of pushy. Sam was great she helped go over my options, offered alternatives to having me make the 3.5hr drive to their dealership, and made the buying process as easy as possible. Despite being off the day I could come in she had everything all set up with Jess who was super friendly, listened to my concerns, and got all my requests taken care of in a timely fashion. Koker was absolutely fabulous when it came time to numbers and add on treatments/warranties. He was fun, knowledgeable, straight forward and very no nonsense. The entire team streamlined the whole process and made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time. Buying a car is usually stressful and uncomfortable for me but instead I actually had a great time and feel really good about my purchase.
Very good service! I went in for an oil change and Tire Rotation for the very first time at Bud Clary Chevrolet, I was very impressed on how detailed they are with services and how they offer transportation if needed! I really liked how they do a full vehicle walk through inspection.
