I have been looking for a particular vehicle for quite some time, and I found Calidad Motors and decided to give a non franchise dealer a chance since I have had bad luck in that past with previous places. Although I was blown away on how fast and friendly the service was I went with my dad and immediately we were greeted and offered coffee and water by the sales officer Ramon, we saw the vehicle we were shopping for and right away Ramon offered to test drive it out of the lot and see what we thought of it. I really enjoyed the vehicle it was in great condition for being a used vehicle, they had many more options to choose from as well they all looked fresh and new. We then spoke to the finance manager named George amazing gentlemen he went above and beyond to get me a great deal with a credit union. I had such an amazing experience being from the peninsula I am glad I took the drive of 1.5 hrs. well worth it, thanks again to the great team at Calidad we for sure will do business in the future. Highly recommended, and not pushy at all.
