First Class all the way! I had been looking for a Tundra and I found 5 Star Modesto doing a Google search for the truck. After looking at their inventory I saw a beautiful Tundra! I sent a message to the dealer to verify they had it still. My message was responded to the very next day (I messaged at night) letting me know they had it. I went in the next afternoon and was greeted promptly (as you should be). I went right up to the truck and started looking at it. Within moments two people came up and were talking to me about it, Billy and Chris. They were very quick to tell me about the truck. How it was a trade, why it was traded in etc. we walked around, looking inside and out. I even got down looking under the truck. Everything looked good and so we went for a test drive. The truck drove great! Billy was very kind and considerate. He let me go as far as I wanted before heading back. Once I was back I didn’t feel any pressure. They offered to hold it for a day while I thought about it and discussed it with my family. ???? We discussed the price, came to an agreement and I’m the proud owner of my Tundra 4x4. I would recommend anyone looking for a used car/truck to head on in!

They didn’t try to get me into a different vehicle. They listened to what I was interested in and they made it happen ! Really happy with my 2023 Silverado 2500HD Duramax !
