This review is for my dad (Ricky Tillman). He purchased me a Ford F150 King Ranch from here. My brother and my mom drove up to Virginia from Kinston NC to pick it up. They have been fantastic to do business with from start to finish with this purchase. We had never laid eyes on this truck in person, we purchased the truck over the phone trusting what they had to say about it and they didn’t let us down. It was just as they said, it was in great condition, nothing wrong with it and even offered us a little warranty with it. They were upfront about the truck and easy to work with. We would easily drive up from NC just to do business with him again.
I had gotten a 2013 Cherry Red Nissan Sentra. Great car, runs perfect , even after I’ve driven some miles on it. Even better I was able to get the car for a low price, they have great prices on cars. The staff were very friendly, answered all my questions and even helped me with the DMV info. I felt like I was at home. Definitely would recommend anyone to stop by and get a car through Monarch.
