I would direct anyone looking for a used vehicle to go here. I had an absolutely seemless car buying experience at Smart Budget. Seth was informative without being pushy, and not over-enthusiastically trying to convince to buy the car. He was up front about the condition, price was reasonable, and the team made the entire deal very straightforward for me. Everything was exactly what the car-buying process should be. I am from out of town and needed a car relatively quick. I went it today, checked it out, test drove it, Seth and the team worked out a great financing option (which can be difficult since I permanently reside in a different state), and I drove away with it the same day! So happy I found the vehicle I wanted on their lot. Highly recommend!!!
We bought a new (used) car and as part of the deal they offered to replace the radio. They told me it would be a few hours but really it only took him 15 minutes. Good thing too because the waiting area was freezing, smelled strongly of VOCs, and an employee was trying to turn the TV back on after I turned it off so I could work on my laptop. No I don't want it on mute and I'm the only one here so no one else is watching TV. Maybe they have to make it uncomfortable so people are pressured to buy a car?
Bought a 4Runner from the used/Budget lot a few years ago while going back to college using Veteran benefits and in between jobs short-term. Mr. Tim Nugent was great, very enthusiastic but not pushy and understood my position at the time-- he also detailed all the prior verifiable history of that vehicle which I appreciated wholeheartedly. Between him and the small yet very efficacious, friendly and prompt finance team, I was able to get a durable and reliable vehicle to get me through the rest of my degree program and keep me moving with a new essential career. Been a few years now and I'm having to put some overhaul-ish work into the truck, but that's to be expected from a 15 year old machine that's on the road daily. Cannot thank Tim and the team enough for helping me out and for Smart Budget having a vehicle I was more than privy to calling my own.
