I messaged Zain (one of the owners) telling him that I wanted to trade my Tacoma down for something more fuel efficient. He had a great option on the lot already, but I wanted something specific. He was great to work with, and had the relaxed and confidence demeanor of somebody who wants what’s best for you, and knows how to make that happen. You really get the sense that these guys are focused on customer service and smooth transactions, and if you have experience with used car dealers, you know that’s rare.
I wish there could be more stars for this review! Shopping at Pearl Motors was one of the greatest experiences that I have had in a long time. Coming from a small town in Texas this place definitely felt like home. From their customer service, thorough explanations, prices, inventory and their hospitality , I was very satisfied. Really helpful and professional staff. They have a great variety of different car options from small hatchbacks to pickup trucks, they got everything. They’re always ready to work with you and make a satisfactory deal. Strongly recommended. They also have a daily updated inventory in their website.
