2017 Honda Civic EX CVT

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership! I was so stressed about the idea of purchasing a new car, but I couldn't have asked for better support - particularly from German, who helped me find exactly the car I wanted, as well as Gabe and Lawrence, who made the paperwork a breeze and answered all of my (many) questions. This is the 3rd Honda that I’ve purchased from Lynnwood Honda. However, my first time ordering a brand new Honda. I ordered the 2024 Honda Pilot Elite and I love it so far! As always, a great experience. It took about 2 months to get my car but Kevin kept in contact the whole time. He let me know when my car was shipped and even took videos when they received it and then after they put on all the accessories that I added on. I would highly recommend Lynnwood Honda and Kevin if you’re looking for a car and a great experience.

Go to German! He was very helpful and up front. Bought a 2010 CRV. We came a little late in the day but he stayed late to make sure everything was completed properly. Couldn’t be happier. All in all seem to be a reasonable and honest group of guys. They had promised to change the windshield after we bought the car and got it done within a couple days. Gave us a nice loaner without a question. Additionally they had a lot of maintenance work done in advance. So if you buy a used car you can feel good you don’t have to sink money in it right away. We hope we can keep going to Lynnwood Honda for our car needs!
