After dropping off vehicle for oil change mentioned to service Advisor Anthony Cristiani there was unusual noise from the rear end. They found the problem and offered me a loaner while repairs took place. Additionally they also replaced a bad front wheel bearing that wasust starting to show up. I travel from Martha’s Vineyard to get my car serviced here. On site rental car service and done in a couple hours. They communicate during the process and even send videos of your car and what they are doing. Highly recommend

We've had our trucks there a few times and was not happy at ALL!!!! Then Cat sent me over to Eddy, BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED!! If it wasn't for him and Caesar we would NEVER go back!!!!!!! Eddy went above and beyond for me and I could never thank him enough!! And Caesar stopped on his own time to help me and look at my truck!!! In all the years we've used Colonial Ford this is the first time that I actually felt like I mattered and I was important!!! Eddy and Caesar by far are the BEST!!!!!
