2017 Honda Civic

The absolute BEST car buying experience EVER! I needed a new car after a traumatic wreck left me very upside down! Jeff Gary was patient and kind with me, taking the better part of the day showing me the CR-V and enduring all my comments comparing it to my previous Cadillac. He even helped me pair my phone and personalize all my settings. I felt zero pressure, and total support from him and Bay in finance. I’m so very pleased with my new car and this whole experience!! I’m so thankful we came here before going to Houston. I’ve driven Cadillacs for the last 30 years, but it’s safe to say I’m a Honda girl now!

I have purchased several vehicles over the years, but I have never received the exceptional service and attention that I received at Twin Cities Honda. Jeff my sales associate was phenomenal. He was very attentive and fast in getting all of my paperwork done and final sales quote. He was also very fair in the negotiation process. Anthony the Finance manager was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining all of the fees and costs associated with my purchase. He was also available on his cell phone at any time to answer my questions. This is hands down the most professional and reliable dealership I have ever experienced.
