Bought my very own car for the first time, an EV! Troy was amazing! We were looking for a SUV for our growing family and Troy helped us with just that. He provided great customer service and was very professional. I’m glad we made the decision to go with Volkswagen.
Our Service Advisor Joe and Service Technician were outstanding. We have had the pleasure of working with Joe in the past and he really is an awesome person. He not only took care of what we came in for (oil change and tire rotation) but was notified by the Service Technician that the rear brake pads were worn prematurely. Joe let us know it would be a little longer but the brake pads were in stock and covered under warranty. We really appreciate the attention to detail and keeping our car safe for us to drive. Thank you!
