I made an appointment and I enjoyed the new service. I received a video through text message about my car from the mechanic going through what he was looking for and what needed to be addressed. I loved it. In addition to that they sent me another video detailing what the items that the mechanic mentioned in the video would cost if I agreed to fix it. I like being informed and seeing the visual helps me to get my questions ready before I reach the service desk. Good job.
