But when we reached out, they took us in immediately—even after closing time. They assessed the car and were able to get it repaired in only 3 days’ time, with authentic parts. We found this place by chance looking for dealers in our local area. We went by on a holiday and drove and car. The employee was super nice and said to take it out and take it to a mechanic if we wanted. We drove a few from the shop but weren't quite ready. We went out to several other dealers but ended up back at Pacheco to buy the car. He let us take the car out again for an extended drive and then we called and asked if we could take it to a mechanic to have it checked out. He had not problem with that at all. The car checked out great and we went back and were able to complete the purchase very quickly. No long waits or negotiations. He offered to program another key for us if we bought one. After driving for a few days we did experience an issue where the lights weren't aligned correctly. We texted Chris and he told us to bring the car in and he would make sure it was right. Even offered to help with some other things if we wanted. This was a great place to work with. Car buying made simple.
