Thank you to the very mellow, Hairon Pena! He made the process of purchasing my new RAV4 quick and painless. No high pressure sales here. I had been to two other Toyota dealers, but was happiest here, at New Rochelle. Also, their service center is far superior to Mamaroneck’s Toyota City. I had a quick concern about the car. They handled it carefully and took it seriously. I found that my favorite repair managers from Mamaroneck, had all transferred over to this service center! Even though it’s farther away, I’m going to make the trip over to them for servicing from now on.
