Overall 5/5: Rashaun/Ray was my car salesperson who assisted me in purchasing my 2023 Subaru Forester Wilderness from beginning to end. I actually visited three times before deciding this was the right fit for me. I had a recent happening with a 2022 Subaru Outback that didn't sit well with me, more so how many loopholes it took for corporate to handle my situation. This was unrelated to Moore Subaru (purchased in a different state). Moore Subaru, Ray, management, everyone did a wonderful job at making me feel sure I was making the right purchase. If it wasn't for Ray being patient and understanding with my hesitations, I probably wouldn't have gone through with the purchase. So, hats off to them for having excellent customer service. Mind you, this review is 6 months late. Been in and out of the country a good bit (roughly 900 miles on my vehicle, embarrassing). I'm glad I can finally write this review about Moore Subaru and Ray. Y'all are awesome. Keep up the great work
