2015 Honda CR-V

This was probably the best and smoothest experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I left fully confident that I received the best price I could with the vehicle I purchased. Arash did a terrific job explaining the features of the vehicle, the various details of the deal, and I felt like he was an integral part in the closing of the deal. I was very wary the entire time knowing that I have had bad experiences in the past. He assured me that this was the best price I could find, and he was right! He proved that there is a reason Klein Honda has been running for so long. Remington worked for us for a bit in the calculation of the final price. I will admit that I was extremely careful and wanted to know all the intricacies of how interest was calculated, how my trade-in affected the total price, how the down payment would be beneficial to the bottom line, etc. Remington did an amazing job breaking it down line-by-line and explaining each step in the financial process. I worked with Q in the final financing part of the deal. It went smoothly and he was able to answer any questions that I had. All in all, I walked in, traded my car for a fair price, and walked out with a greatly priced Honda Civic Sport in about 2 hours and I know this will be in my family for years to come. Prompt, courteous, helpful and friendly service manager! Details of service and costs were transparent and explained in terms I could understand. The actual service took less time than expected, with no extra work/charges. I left feeling like my car and I were in good hands.
