Before I walked in I was very nervous and anxious since sometimes dealerships can be pushy. This was the second Volkswagen I’ve visited for my lease trade in, Once I walked in the door, Davina greeted me with a warm smile and a calm demeanor she made the process very easy explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable. They were able to price match from the first dealership I visited with an amazing car. Also the sales manager Frank was very helpful and explained all the paper work before signing anything. They are very transparent didn’t try adding anything extra or forcing me to purchase anything else. I would definitely recommend to anybody.
