The Advisor I dealt with was professional, respectful, knowledgeable of my issue, kept me updated throughout the whole process and the cost down. I rate my overall experience with # 1 Cochran 4 stars, only because it took several calls and voice messages with no response before I was able to get this appointment. The phone system needs updated. In the end, I still would recommend this to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

1st Simone is outstanding! She was diligent in her efforts to get me the car I wanted. Most important, she kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was able to reach her anytime I had a question or she responded as soon as possible. Simone took care of me on her day off. The guys were great and entertaining. I actually enjoyed my time in the dealership including the finance manager. I will definitely buy another car and drive 4 1/2 hours to this dealership !
