And, because I have been a customer for 12 years, they expedited the service. Jesse is part of the service team and kept me apprised of progress of the service. Ron is the mechanic who worked on my car and he is a genius. He figured out the problem in record time. And, Steve who is the general manager provided his personal touch by joking with me while I was waiting for my car.
