2012 Acura MDX 3.7 Technology Package

I bought a used Mercedes-Benz ML 500 at the end of December, 2023. I was very concerned about not receiving a run-around after contacting other dealerships and either not hearing back at all or requesting new credit information after I already provided everything that was asked for. I took the trip from San Jose to Tracy, hoping for the best, and I did, in fact, get the best. Melissa was extremely helpful and speedy and very transparent in all of her actions, also offering helpful advice. She informed me that she had test driven the car and replaced the breaks after determining this was needed and all I had to wait for were the installation of sensors that she was able to do that day. I had to let her know that I was concerned about the low gas level, and she rectified this issue as well. When I was able to bring the car for a check up to AAA, all it needed was oil and a new battery. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the car and the amazing service I received. I didn't have to worry about DMV registration either, since she took care of that as well. Thank you so much!

Great Experience. Found 2006 ACURA on Craigslist ad. Made appointment for Sunday, agreed on the deal and purchase immediately. Great selection of cars on the lot. We will definitely return for another.

Went there with my son Friday afternoon to check out SUV I saw online we were met with a very nice lady at the front desk I don't know her name forgot to ask but my son saw a name plate on top of her desk and he said mom her name is Melissa. She was very professional and fast and very nice. This lady can handle 10 customers at the same time. Then we met Moiz I like doing business with this guy he was more relaxed and easy going type of guy. He even went to put gas in the SUV we were getting and brought back me and my son cups of coffee very sweet of him. Thank you Moiz and Melissa for assisting us with trying to get a car so we don't have to take Uber anymore. We will be back again after we pay off this one.
