Much love to this shop. Heard a lot of amazing things about them. Had my Terminator mustang sitting for a bit. Just Hope to see the owners back. Everyone I know spoke so highly of this place. They did a great job with my brakes, they feel like they're brand new! I had a great experience with Patrick, he even helped me scrape off some old oil change stickers I had a tough time getting off. I noticed a lot of customers seemed to be happy with their service they received as well. On top of that, they were able to do it for an affordable price... I'm definitely coming back to Open Road for future work.
I won't take my car anywhere else. We've been customers for about 7 years now. Customer service is great, the work is trustworthy and they are more than fair on prices. Had to take my car in today and Fabian was very professional and pleasant. He called as he said he would with a diagnosis before proceeding with the job. Of course we gave him the go ahead. Took my car in at 745am and it was out by 4pm. Great job as always Open Road. Best automotive place around!!!
