Amazing customer service and very honest people. We brought in our ford fusion se 2018 after a previous shop had fixed issues with the spark plugs, but they returned. Austin walked my husband through the diagnostic and explained everything to him. One day later he quoted us. The quote was high, which is reasonable for the issue we had with but Austin was extremely helpful with answering my questions about if it even would be worth it to fix it up. After careful consideration we decided to purchase a new vehicle instead and Austin provided some suggestions to help narrow our search. Awesome shop, lovely people, I will recommend them to friends. Definitely planning to bring our second vehicle in for service etc. Thank you so much guys! It is refreshing to find a mechanic shop nowadays that does honest work.

Austin was fantastic. He went over everything with our car that allowed us to make an informed decision. There was no pressure put on us and once we decided what was best, they worked with us and assisted in taking care of our needs both for a vehicle and removal of our old vehicle.
