I saw an add for a car on the Internet & within 24 hours it was mine! I arrived and immediately the man brought the keys we drove and he pointed out some stuff and there was no hard salesman ship just a conversation. It's a small place but clean and the 2 gentleman that assisted me was super warm and friendly. There was no confusion and everything was explained. We moved the process at my speed and I felt at ease. I don't remember feeling comfortable at a dealership before. I've had the car for almost 2 months and I love it. I discovered that the radio face doesn't work and the CD player but I didn't ask and as long the engine and brakes and all that is good then those are superficial and unimportant - I make do.
