2018 Lincoln MKX Base/Premiere AWD

We had been shopping around for months before we decided to come here. We worked with Jeff Yates and I would 100% recommend him to my family and friends in the market for a car. We just had a baby and were in need of a new SUV to accommodate a car seat and all of the baby necessities. Jeff understood the mission and we test drove a couple of cars. We decided on ordering the new 2024 Traverse. It was the best decision we made. The car is absolutely perfect for our little family. Jeff was with us through the entire process. When the car arrived, he let us know, gathered all of our information and we were in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. It was the most relaxed and stress-free car buying experience I have ever had (I have had a lot). Next time we are in the market, there will be no hesitation on where we will be buying from.

It is always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Faulkner. Jeff Yates always makes you feel important and the only customer he's dealing with. The other staff is always friendly, whether it be service or parts. Sam Borrelli is also great to deal with. I highly recommend Faulkner Chevy to anyone and everyone.
