Everything went really smoothly. My sales agent, Bill, was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the entire experience way less stressful. I fell in love with the first car I test drove (2024 Sentra). Mike and Sheila were also great in their portion of the sale. I never once felt pressured by usual sales tactics. I really liked Glenn alot he was very helpful during the transition and very kind about helping to use the gadgets I'm not used to. Also, Emily + Mike and all the sales employees were very friendly. Nice experience. Got a truck already containing a tow package, rugs, and splash guards supplied by the manufacturer. I love my new truck, and had a really pleasant experience at the dealership.
