I recently had my 50,000 service done on my Lincoln Nautilus. Kaitlyn was my service administrator and she did a VERY EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL job. She texted me on a regular basis the progress of the service and followed through on all of her promises. Other, rather costly items were discovered and she went out her way to get some help on the final bill. Larry Taylor and his entire staff go out of their way to make a large dealership in a small town approachable and always friendly and easy to deal with.
