2017 Lincoln MKX Select AWD

I got a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from E &J Auto and am very satisfied. I had a lot of questions because I really don’t know much about cars and every time I text Eric, he would reply right away. Sometimes I texted him past business hours and he would respond. I wasn’t sure which car to buy and he asked me what my personal needs were and gave me his professional advice which worked out perfectly for me. The car is very neat, and when I run the vin number, they had inspected and maintained the car really well. I have no issues with the car, it drives well and I got a really good price for it. What I value most is Eric’s honesty and sincerity, which is rare among auto dealers.

Spent the good part of a month looking for a good used car. Came across a car at this used car dealership. Was a bit skeptical of buying a car from a used dealer, but these guys changed my impression. Eric was super helpful, knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. We ended up with an awesome deal and he was quick to respond to my follow-up questions. We drove an hour from outside of Chicago to Racine, WI and it was totally worth it. We would do business with them in a heart-beat.

E & J Automotive Sales deserves more than 5 stars. My husband and I bought our Chevy Volt from them. Like many reviews state, it was just a pleasant experience. Eric is so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The car was exactly what we were expecting, no surprises. However, it’s easy to have a great experience when everything goes as planned. After our purchase, we had some minor issues and reached out. Eric responded right away. I took the car in and was provided a loaner car to drive home. After fixing the issue, Jonathan delivered the Volt directly to our place. They turned a could have been poor experience into an opportunity to shine. Excellent dealership that goes beyond great customer service - they provide hospitality. My husband and I would absolutely recommend.
