We had just picked up our Leisure Travel RV (with a Mercedes chassis,) after an oil change at our RV dealer when, 20 miles into our 8-hour trip home, the check engine light came on. Had my vehicle in for service 3 times for standard maintenance. Each time outstanding care for both the car and the customer. Nice relaxing waiting area if you stay. When your car is finished they deliver it back to you beautifully clean in and out.
Service Manager Dave James is good to work with and treated us with understanding and fairness, which is much appreciated. The service we had performed was an unusual installation of extended wheel valves on our rear dually wheels using non-OEM chrome/stainless extender valves that came with detailed instructions. The service technicians did a competent, neat job of installing the after-market valves and making sure that lug nut covers were securely replaced and undamaged, which is very good performance. Based on this service visit, I can give a five-star review and recommend this service department with enthusiasm.
