An approximately "45-day, multi-dealer, multi-private seller" search for a used car that was suitable for us, ended at HZ Motors in Saugus. The earlier parts of the search involved several vehicles that were obvious clunkers or lemons that were alleged to be NOT clunkers/lemons; and, involved a couple of stereotypical, high-pressure, "shady used car dealer" types. At HZ, we found the right car, at the right price, in good condition, for sale. We knew it, the moment we saw it. We were handed the keys by a man who I believe is the owner's father, and were told to "check it out" (unaccompanied test drive). It was perfect for us. We arranged to buy it, a day later. The owner is a "no-sales-pressure" type of guy (name, Elvir) who was honest & honorable in his dealings with us; patient; answered all questions and concerns; (did I mention no pressure whatsoever?); went over-and-above the call of duty (to correct a silly error that we [the buyers] had made with the title); and who made the whole process simple, almost relaxing.....and utterly pleasant. If we could have bought a car on just a handshake and a smile, nothing written, Elvir is exactly the kind of guy who we'd do business with in that fashion. Recommended.
