Selecting and ultimately buying a truck through Hendrick Honda in Charleston was a great and easy experience. I worked with Michelle Wise in sales and she was an amazing resource in this journey. I started out as a casual buyer with no real timeline or immediate necessity to buy a truck. She remained patient with me and never at anytime tried to rush my decision. She kept me informed of various potential buys but was never overbearing. Once i became more serious, I actually found a perfect truck online that was at a Hendrick owned dealership in Wilmington, NC. Knowing I was now a serious buyer, they were able to quickly transfer the truck to Charleston for my viewing and ultimate purchase. The buying process was seamless and easy. Kevin Parker at Hendrick Honda was great to work with. Very friendly and personable and made the entire experience a pleasure. The finance staff and the facilities were also great and helped make the purchase of my car stress free. I got the car that I wanted at a price that I was happy with and all without feeling like I was being pulled in any one direction. Will make Hendrick my first stop when buying my next car for sure.
