Stopped in on our way to another appt to see a car at another dealership, to check out 2 specific vehicles at One Stop and was greeted by Francisco. Very knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot, and each vehicle he showed us. When we told him we were pre approved with our CU, unlike other dealerships, rather than try to sell us on financing through them he listened and just guided us on the steps to take to get the check back to them. Made the transaction so fast and friendly. Extremely helpful. Loved that he took the time to listen to what we needed and how we wanted it to go. This dealership is really a One Stop. They take care of their customers. I do not regret referring my brother & sister in law to them. They're really happy with the vehicle and the service. I will absolutely purchase my next vehicle with them.

Man I got such a good deal, it felt like it was free. Isaiah the salesman was so kind he gave me a bucket to sit on because the truck was missing the drivers seat. Felt like I stole the thing. No on a serious note… Isaiah at One Stop of Yakima made my buying experience 1 to remember. He was so easy to work with, made the process really smooth and enjoyable. He understood how valuable my time and still ensured I got what I needed and was taken care of. Never pushy but understanding of my needs and wants. I highly suggest if your looking for a vehicle in the area or surrounding areas you should give Isaiah a shot.. but let’s not stop at Isaiah, the finance manager was by far from the best one I’ve ever dealt with. Saying a lot since I sold cars in the past, my brother is currently one, and have several friends that are. He explained the forms ( me signing is the part I hate the most) as well as showing me what they can offer. Onestop - I will purchase again from you all 1 day because of these 2.
