A+ sales and service! I purchased a new F150 from John Vance in 2016. Now 150,000 miles later I have used John Vance for all of my service. Not only was the purchase of this vehicle a great experience with a great price, but the service has proven to be, the best available. These guys will spoil you! My goodness they come pick up my truck at my house and take it in for service then bring it back to me for no extra charge! John Vance believes in great service.
We were looking for a very specific car, and after going and trying multiple different dealerships we were very happy with John Vance in Guthrie. Their prices could not be beat and I really appreciated the transparency with the car fax and mechanic report in the car when we went for a test drive. We did take it to our own mechanic and found one small non-safety issue and John Vance stood behind their used car promise that it is all good to go and fixed it for us for free. They also did another air quality treatment to get the last of the smoke smell out of the car. It was always easy to set up appointment and get ahold of our salesman Abul- who did a great job without being pushy! We are happy customers with our Honda CR-V!
