Just wanted to say the buying experience at Monken Toyota in Mt. Vernon Illinois was nothing short of amazing. I came from Oklahoma to purchase a corolla that had the options that I wanted on it. My sales person Tony Reeves was great through the whole process. Had everything worked out on text and emails before I arrived. Everything we discussed was ready for me when I got there, with no hidden fees or addons. Everyone at the dealership were super nice. Monken Toyota is a class act.
I drove roughly 5 hours to Monken Toyota to pick up a GR86 in the exact package, drivetrain, and color I was after. Tony was my salesman for the visit and definitely brought me a good car buying experience. With the price offered, lifetime powertrain warranty, and how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was, I can say I lucked out at this dealership. Thanks again Tony and the rest of the Monken Employees and maybe I will be back out again in the future when its time to add another vehicle to the fleet.
