On May 21,2024 I went to Nally of Stonecrest to look at a 2017 BMW X4 and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get into a new vehicle but I decided to try so I left the store around 4 but I returned about 630 and decided to fill out the app and it was well worth it because I was overjoyed with the decision that was given and I left with that vehicle that night by 930pm Big Thanks to Brandon BoBo you gave me all the encouragement to get this vehicle.
I just want to give a big shoutout to Mr. William Wright and Mr. Kenneth. These two were incredible with helping me select my first vehicle, as a recent college graduate. Mr. William is a well-experienced salesman who knows exactly what he is talking about. Mr. Wright has several credentials to prove it as well. He didn’t waste any time with taking me to see what it was that was most fitting for me on the lot. Mr. Wright made sure I was satisfied with everything about the vehicle before we even sealed a deal. I appreciated his knowledge about vehicles, his great customer service, and his ability to multitask while in the office. Mr. Kenneth was also a great help to this process. As Mr. Wright let him know what I was comfortable with as far as my price range. Mr.Kenneth stepped up to help my numbers be affordable with the First Time Buyers/New College Graduate Program!! I really apprecoats Mr. Kenneth for over extending himself as he got the numbers to the perfect monthly payment amount as well as lowering my interest rate (the best that it could possibly be). Mr. Kenneth’s customer service was top tier as well. They both were so accommodating, helped me receive discounts, and stayed patient throughout the whole process….considering this was going to be the last sale of the night. My appointment was at 6:00 and we didn’t end the night until 9:30. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase and I can’t thank them both enough for making this transition in my early adulthood easier.
