It was great doing business with Ford of Latham. They were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped me to find a vehicle that met my needs. My salesman, Raul Ortiz, is new to Ford of Latham, and I was his first sale working there. He has had previous auto sales experience and was extremely helpful and very nice and personable. I consider him a friend, and both of us being veterans of the U.S. military, we were able to connect on a personal level.
