Great experience at Duncan Ford Body Shop. Very quick estimate, work done in one week and paint job was perfect! I couldn't believe how good the paint matched and the chrome exhaust tip was even better than the original. Todd Foster made sure everything was perfect. So glad I choose them!!

Yes, so far I am loving my Edge. I could not have been treated any nicer than I was at the dealership. Jake Eames was the salesperson that helped from jump start. I told him exactly what I wanted and what my goal of the cost. He got on line and found the Edge at Blacksburg, went and got it for me to see and test drive. The manager, Jeff was also most helpful and put me at ease. Also the manager Tom that did the paper work was also great. Ive dealt with Duncan for many years and I can recall at least 9 vehicles that I and my husband purchased and the Edge is #10. They recognized the loyalty.

The staff is very kind and friendly. The salesman, Johnny Cruz, was very helpful with assisting me in my purchase of a Nissan Frontier. He was patient while I made my decision and was ready to assist at every turn. The service department also did very well. I have never had someone come and sit down with me, explain to me thoroughly what was going on with my vehicle and what they were going to do. I feel as though they made me a priority while I was there. The Duncan Team was a pleasure to work with.
