Angela Krause Ford purchased our 2018 Ford Flex. Erik worked with us. Extremely professional. I would be happy to work with them again. Only issue that came up was they were late in sending out a check.

Ross M and the Fleet Team are second to none. I have bought many vehicles both personally and for business use. Ross made the process incredibly easy, was transparent about pricing/options through the whole process, even helped coordinate with the finance team for me to sign paperwork while out of the country. Completed everything very easily and took all of 10 minutes to pickup my truck when I got back in town. Zero surprises, everything handled professionally and promptly. Do yourself a favor and use Ross and team for ANY business purchases--he is exceptional.

The purchase process is the only thing that keeps my rating at 3 stars. Rating any support after purchase is zero stars. While purchasing the vehicle I explained issues I experienced in the past with obtaining new temporary tags while waiting on the permanent plates. I was promised by a Sales Manager that if I needed a new Temporary Tag that they would overnight one. 5 days out from my temp tags expiring I started calling and leaving messages with the dealership. 1 week into making calls and leaving messages with the “tag person” and sales manger in which they made no attempt to return my calls, I finally spoke with a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager said they would overnight me a temporary tag, still waiting on a tag 5 days later. I don’t expect any dealership to keep up with when or know if a customer requires new temp tags while waiting on a permanent one. Not attempting to contact a customer back after calling for a week and empty promises is where my frustration as a customer sits. Seems as if once they have your money you’re no longer a concern. Update: I appreciate Mr Stimmel for making the situation right! I received the temp tags today as you promised.
