Absolute best customer service you could ask for. From the General Manager to the Service Representative, every person here is pleasant and positive. I came in for an oil change and received top notch treatment. Julia, the Infiniti Representative was knowledgeable and understanding. She answered my questions and offered useful solutions to my concerns. When the GM saw me studying in the waiting area, he offered me a quiet space to work while my car was being serviced. They definitely made me feel like I was more than a customer.
Julia was so helpful and amazing! She is super friendly and keeps you updated throughout the entire process. She allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed and never gave judgement!
