In, particular, Ed and Samuel - the two salespeople that helped me - were really friendly, easygoing, and completely transparent; never did I feel pressured or manipulated. My wife was over due for a new vehicle/ upgrade! I was not about to drop + $$$K into her old vehicle that was just about done.
