It is usually hard to give five stars to a dealership. This Toyota dealership of Naperville deserves it. Their personnel, service, facility are all top notch. If you're thinking about buying a Toyota, you definitely want to check out this location. They will take care of you not just when buying the car but even many many years after the warranty has expired. Don't get me wrong, the prices for their services are definitely higher than what you would pay at a neighborhood repair shop, but the quality is going to more than make up for the difference in cost. If you’re coming for service, I would consider coming after lunchtime - early afternoon. Every time I’ve been here for service early in the morning it’s been super packed but early afternoon is not that busy.

I had my first oil change with my new RAV4 and expected to be in and out quickly since the vehicle only has 5,000 miles on it. However, I was informed by the service department that my brand-new tire had a screw in it and required a $60 patch. I authorized the work to be done but made up my mind that this visit would be my last, as my vehicle didn't alert me about the loss of pressure and that is suspicious. Fortunately, the service manager of Toyota of Naperville covered the cost of the patch, which ultimately won back my business. I recommend this Toyota of Naperville.
