Excellent experience from start to finish. Chloe Ford did an outstanding job as my salesperson. She listened to my list of needs in a vehicle, gave me several to choose from, and thoroughly answered all of my questions about the car and the purchasing process. It was a great experience here at heritage honda Westminster, Maryland. They promised to give me my desired color and they actually get that color for me which I tried with different dealers but no one was sure to get that color in that same day or even in few weeks. The salesperson Eyoungmbi was really great and helpful guy. The process of buying new vehicle was pretty smooth. Robert lee, the manager at this dealership was also a great person and very helpful. So overall, my experience with this dealer was really great. I highly recommend this dealer.

Long overdue review, but John helped me purchase a new civic back in 2021. The facility was decent, the finance check/detailing process took a little while but maybe that’s just the norm these days. Either way, I got the car I wanted at a fair price and John answered all the questions I had during our test drive and was a pleasure to work with.
