When I say TOP TIER SERVICE I mean just that. This experience from the moment we walked in the door was phenomenal. Customer service matters and made it an easy purchase for us. Frankie and Josh are outstanding and truly made us feel welcomed and valued. Frankie was so knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased like literally you can tell he studied it. All questions were answered with transparency by both he and Josh and allowed us to make an informed purchase without pressure. Oh and the deli was amazing. The food was delicious. This was literally a one stop shop for us! We will be back and refer others????. Keep up the great work!

Honda lakemurray is a good place to do business, they have a minibar and some good looking snacks you can enjoy. Not to mention the clean and comfortable environment and decorations. Frankie and Ronnie are the best seller we met in Colombia. Frankie is is a very hard-working man that will satisfy all your needs, even take care all the details that you may miss. Ronnie is a very decent and honest manager that gonna give you the offer you can not refuse at the first time. Both of them are kind people treat you as a old friend instead of a customer never meet before. The above mentioned reasons finally lead us to make the decision to trade in our 24 Camry for our brand new 2025 pilot EX-L. I recently purchased my son’s first car from Steve Padgett’s Honda. Christian was our sales guy and he was AMAZING!! I communicated that I lived almost an hour and would like to handle most of the process over the phone. He sent me actual photos and a video of the car we were interested in. He promptly responded to any of my questions. MJ was our finance lady, she made me feel so comfortable. She was very personable and I felt like she communicated very well with our signing of the vehicle. We have purchased several vehicles in our lifetime and this has truly been our best experience. 10/10 and the sweet tea in the lobby was great ??
