Had a great car buying experience with Gerry. He puts great effort into sourcing well maintained vehicles, goes above and beyond when providing photos, and even provides a complementary CarFax! His business model is eccentric and atypical of a normal dealership. Instead of pouring capital into a standard property, he keeps the vehicles in a private storage facility and brings out the vehicles to a public meet up spot. This allows him to instead use the funds he saved on property costs into replacing parts on his vehicles. Our car was polished and he took the time to explain every item he replaced. All vehicles are sold “As-Is” without a three month warranty so for me, it was a gamble because even though I was confident, I always had a shred of doubt. However, the car is in excellent condition and I have no doubt it will run me for many years. Gerry is courteous, polite, and makes you feel like family. He is genuinely fun to be around and my car buying experience was relaxed and stress-free. He has gone out of his way to send me information about the car I was purchasing, support articles, and general knowledge from different sources. I think alot will agree with me, when I say buying a used car can be a nightmare. Pushy salespeople, wondering if the car works. Especially since we buy as is. But I worked with Gerry and this guy is what salespeople need to be. Honest, friendly, funny, trustworthy, and I can go on and on with the adjectives.
